Here we can observe members of the Mr Scaffold team performing compressions on several dummies as part of their First Aid Training. A company-wide initiative, Mr Scaffold has provided in house training involving all departments, across all states, that will equip each and every team member with the knowledge and skills required in the event of an emergency.
It is absolutely an expectation that anyone who leaves for work of a morning, should return back home safely to their families. Mr Scaffold implements all necessary safety measures, in compliance with Safe Work Australia, to ensure that this does happen day in and day out. As we all know though, accidents do happen. Providing this First Aid Training for our team members gives us all the confidence that, in the unfortunate event something did happen, we are all equipped and ready to act and potentially save a life.
Safety is our number one concern here at Mr Scaffold. We will continue to roll this initiative out as we grow and add new members to the team, also touching up with refresher courses when needed. This will ensure that we are all up to date with the latest research, tips and techniques regarding all things safety.
