Brisbane Clock Tower – Job of The Month July 2006
This month’s job comes from our Scaffolding Hire Division in Brisbane.

This month’s job was a clock tower. While you can’t see the clock from the photo, as it is on the opposite side, the purpose of the project was to revamp and re paint the entire structure. Octagon in shape and 15m high, the tower was around 340 square metres.
Seven professionals erected the structure in a single day. You can see the alternated bays for the octagon shape between 3.2m lengths and 2.5m lengths.
We then tied the bays together with tube and couplers, and planked out with timber boards between the bays. This provided the perfect sizing for the structure, so that the tradies could hit all of the required points.
