This local icon building – situated on Manly’s famous Corso was heritage listed.
Of course, when the contracted builder required specialty scaffolding, he thought of Mr. Scaffold.
Our aluminium KwikScaf system was perfect to build this structure on top of an awning. Whilst propping of the awning was required, the scaffold was actually fully hung by dyna-bolting into the structure, meaning that no weight was put on the awning.
The total scaffolding was 50 lineal meters by 12 meters in height. Mr. Scaffold built levels every 2m so that every part of the heritage listed building could be accessed for renovation and painting works.
