Rendering and Painting access is a specialty
Mr Scaffold’s Kwikscaf system made our job of the month, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches an easy process.
Narrabeen’s busy Pittwater Road is home to numerous older style unit blocks.
The area is undergoing a facelift as property prices continue to rise, and a lot of the older buildings are getting a facelift.
This unit block needed scaffolding around the entire perimeter before rendering could take place.
The 6 storey apartment block was done over a period of 2 months in 8 sections.
Mr Scaffold spent a total of 300 man hours on the job, for a total of just over 2,000 sq metres of scaffold.
The contractors were required to provide shadecloth under visual conditions imposed by the local government, which is quite common.
Mr Scaffold also provides the service of Shadecloth as reqired, which limits vision to the public, and also an extra element of protection, to stop debris from works falling outside of the work perimeter.
